Routines for Our Senses

Fox Walk: Walking with the least disturbance possible.  Silently, without needing to look down, because you do not transfer your weight to your front foot until you are sure you can place it on solid ground.

Owl Eyes: Expanding our awareness to notice everything.  Owl Eyes refers to our peripheral vision and is also called Wide Angle Vision.

Sit Spot: A place in nature that you visit often and learn to sit still – alone and quietly – forming an intimate connection with nature.

    I took Fox Walk to Leo’s class – 4 year old DO NOT get the concept.!
